The Sumo Fight 2: Part 2
Warning: May include belly rubs for Mystery.
Arthur was at the location where him and Mystery fought the demon. It was sunny and hot that Arthur started to sweat. It was a good thing that he installed an air conditioner in the robot’s control area. Out in the distance, he spots a car driving towards him in the desert. At that moment, Arthur takes one last look at the robot to make sure everything is in order when he battles Mystery. The car stopped right next to the robot and Vivi opens the door and hops out while Mystery hops out the same door. “You got everything you needed?” Arthur asked.
“I do.” Vivi said as she took out her spell book out of her purse. Arthur had more questions on why she had that spellbook and how it’s going to help Mystery.
“What’s with that book?” He asked, looking at it curiously.
“This.” She said with a long pause as she turned the pages. “Is what Mystery is going to use as an advantage.” An advantage was something Arthur thought as cheating ever since people used that word whenever they beat him in competitions in robotics.
“And it won’t hurt him?” He said, very caring. “Did you talk about it with him?”
“It’ll be fine, I’m sure that Vivi knows what she’s doing.” Mystery said. They did in fact talk about it during the drive. Vivi thought it would be a good idea if she made a plan and Mystery didn’t know if he should be excited or worried about it. In the end, Mystery decided to take the risk.
“She is going to do a special spell on me that will blow your mind.”
Arthur’s expression changed from confusing to shock. “I’m sorry, did you say a special spell?”
“Yep.” Vivi looked up at Arthur who looked like something bad was about to happen. “Don’t worry. I’m a professional at spell casting.” Vivi was still looking for the page. “You saw what I did to that sumo demon.”
“That’s true.” Arthur said agreeing with her. “So, what does this spell do?”
“Take a guess, it should be easy to know what we are doing.” Vivi said.
Less than a second, he realizes what the spell is for. “That’s a spell!?” He said surprised.
“I know, it’s weird. But it’s actually useful.” Vivi said as she pointed at the spell in the book.
“How and when is it useful?” Arthur asked.
“Right now.” Mystery answered. “It’ll be a good way for me to get big without wasting time eating food. Actually, I kinda miss Lewis’s fridge.” He said as he ponders over it. Mystery had fun eating kinds of different foods like burgers and pizza.
“I think we asked a lot of questions.” Vivi said as she can’t wait to use the spell. “Lets get both of you prepared for the fight.” Arthur agrees and goes back to the robot and opens the door to get himself into. Vivi looked at the spell’s words and before she could say them out loud to Mystery, she noticed one thing. “Mystery, I don’t want to stop you, but are you sure you want to do this in your dog form?”
Mystery looked at himself and realized that he would have made a big mistake if Vivi didn’t warn him. “Oh right, my bad.” He said. He then transformed into a kitsune and was ready to go.
Meanwhile, Arthur had checked everything on the robot like the controls, seeing if the screws are tight, and if there are any cracks or holes in the robot’s armor that he had missed. Then he feels a shake on the ground. He turns around to see Mystery who is standing on his back hind legs, all big, looking at him and the robot. Since this was Mystery’s second time, Arthur wasn’t really shocked or surprised. But he was afraid that Mystery might be actually stronger than him. “I’m guessing you're ready then.” Arthur said with his heart pounding as he knows what has to happen. “Is it too late to forfeit now?” He asked.
“If you do, then I win the bet and it would cost a whole month of belly rubs.” Mystery said.
“I thought it was a week?” Arthur said, confused that Mystery changed his bet.
“It is if you participate. But chicken out, and you have a whole month to keep me company.” Mystery said with a smirk. “Are you going to chicken out?”
Arthur knew that he doesn’t like to be called a chicken. It was mostly because his uncle told him that quitting before it starts means that he’s not good enough to be a man. To his response, he gets in the robot and starts it up. “I’m ready.” He says. The robot walked towards Mystery and Vivi was between both of them to tell them the rules.
“Now that you two are ready, here are the rules.” Vivi said. “First, this is a wrestling fight, we are not going to throw punches. Got it?” Both of them nodded. “Good. Here's how to win, one person has to be on the ground while the other person is on top. Count either up or down to 10 while on top of them. Whoever gets to 10, wins.” Arthur and Mystery get ready while Vivi goes far away from the scene. “Are you ready!?” She says out loud so they can hear her. “And... Go!”
Arthur and Mystery are now head to head on the fight. They started to grab each other’s shoulders. Mystery had the advantage and belly bumps the robot. Arthur and the robot went sliding backwards, trying not to fall over. Arthur runs toward Mystery who is preparing to defend himself. Instead, Arthur tackles him to the ground, which gives off a shake to the ground. Vivi saw this happening and she was pretty amazed at what the robot was doing. Arthur then started to count as Mystery was on the ground. On 4, Mystery rolled each other over and now Mystery was on top. Before he could count, Arthur shoved him to the side, making Mystery roll a few times. Both of them had trouble getting up, but Arthur knew a secret when he built his robot. He had installed a bunch of hydraulics to it, making him get up faster than Mystery who was still on the ground. Mystery saw the robot getting up and he needed a new strategy. He decided to go on fours, letting his belly brush the ground. As they made direct eye contact, Mystery had no choice, but to ram the robot over. He charged right at him, knocking it over. Arthur started to panic as he did that, but then realized that he was ok. When Mystery did that, his controls started to malfunction, he thought it was over, which it was. Mystery got on top, without body slamming, and counted to ten. Mystery had won the bet. “I win.” He said who then got off.
Arthur was disappointed that he lost, but thought of it as a learning experience for next time. He got out of the robot and took a look at the damage Mystery had given it. “It’s not bad, I can clean it up in no time.” He said.
Vivi went over and declared Mystery as the winner. “Now that the fight is over, I can change you back to normal.” She said as she got out her spellbook and found the weight loss spell.
“That sucks, I was getting used to this.” He said sarcastically. Vivi said that words and Mystery was back to normal, well almost. It seems like Mystery had a little bit of fat which looked like a pot belly.
“Umm.” Arthur said looking at Mystery. “I don’t think the spell worked correctly.”
Mystery looked down to see the pot belly, but shrugged it off. “It’s fine.” Vivi said. “Mystery can exercise it off, but it’ll be quicker this time.”
“Ok, I guess we can go home now.” Arthur said as he looked at the robot. “Do you think I can get a ride home?” He asks.
“Of course, I’ll tell Lewis to teleport the robot back to the garage.” Vivi said as she got the car keys. But before they could get in, Mystery cleared his throat.
“Are you forgetting something Arthur?” Mystery asked. Both of them didn’t know what he was talking about until he rolled over on his back. Vivi smiled and looked at Arthur who remembered about the bet.
“Do I have to?” He asked whining.
“Starting now Arthur, you will give me belly rubs for a week.” Mystery said who was excited about it. Arthur usually rubs his belly, but not on this occasion.
He turned around to Vivi, then she said “I’ll get you home, until you do what he wants you to do.” Arthur sighs and goes to Mystery and rubs his belly. Mystery was satisfied and it lasted 5 minutes until Mystery told him that it was enough for now. Vivi had gotten her phone out and took pictures of it and was going to use them to blackmail Arthur. Then, Mystery went into his dog form, showing a smaller pot belly, and they all drove back home.
Thank you for reading. I hope I didn’t ruin the fanbase. I’m still going to post more cases so don’t worry.
