Intriguing . It' is engaging, paints a nice picture of Billy and Wyatt as well as the surrounding while still being entertaining. I'm intrigued and would want to read more. I don't have much criticism, but I think the first sentences might be more attention catching like this, "It was if the room stilled around Billy because he moved faster than time." Or simply, "Billy moved faster than time." I think - mmv - that losing that first bit is more attention grabbing.
I appreciate the constructive criticism but I’m gonna have to respectfully disagree, friend. That doesn’t really suit my writing style. In any case, it’s a stand alone piece and won’t be included in anything else, so I don’t really mind if it’s attention grabbing or not. It was just for me to get a feel of my characters. c:
