When Yates Wine Lodge, South Shore, Blackpool, was demolished, it gave the Sun Inn, Mags Cafe and other businesses improved sea views. This will not last, as there are plans to build flats on the site.

Sun Inn
This historic inn in Bethlehem, PA was built in 1758 by the local Moravian community. It has housed George and Martha Washington, Benjamin Franklin, the Marquis de Lafayette, and many other famous historical figures. It is no surprise that this stone structure is famously haunted.
The Sun Inn Preservation Society’s Hughetta Bender, who helped purchase the inn in 1975, is seen in the second floor window. Another spirit said to haunt the inn is Elizabeth Moore, a nurse who died there in 1897. Multiple EVPS have been captured in the inn on many, many occasions, and many investigators have concluded that the spirits of a young boy and girl also haunt the inn. Pictures taken inside the inn have revealed several distinct figures, some so detailed that the buckles on their shoes are easily made out. The sounds of a dinner party have been heard and recorded coming from the dining room. The inn is also the subject of legends, possibly housing hidden tunnels that were used to hide from Native Americans, and the hidden treasure of Brother Albrecht, whose ghost guards the inn to this day.
