¿Sozin killed his own Dragon?
Sozin started the tradition of slaying dragons right? but when roku dies he still had his own, and before aang freezes in the iceberg he too had contact with them according to what he said in "the sun warriors"
So this is my headcanon: on the day of the sozin comet, when he attacks the temples of the air nomads, sozin´s dragon rebels against him, refusing to attack the air nomads, and sozin kills him.
We know that the dragons are loyal to their "owners" like Fang dying with Roku, but the´re also spiritual creatures, I dont think that Sozin's dragon was part of the genocide of the air nomads.
