Personally I don't care if one of you guys ship Roc x Lobco (I dunno what's the ship name since I don't care about it.) and Satanivlis. I'm still going to find both of those pairings toxic and unpleasant.
When DSP remembers that Ivlis has two other children in addition to Licorice
so jelly, dude
sunahama update characters
Looks like dsp made another character popularity poll!
Fumus
Ok, so I know this probably sounds kinda crazy and far fetched, but hear me out. So it started out as kind of a crazy idea but I didn’t really believe it at first, but as time went on I kept noticing more and more that seemed to support the idea and make it seem a little less crazy, and earlier today I realized something that really did it for me and made this seem like it might actually be a thing. Now where to start. There’s so many things here that this might seem a bit unorganized, but I’ll do my best.
First off, you have the fact that Fumus for some reason has black nails and “shark” teeth, like a lot of the demons do, and he doesn’t really act very... godly to say the least. Then you tie in the fact that his brother is the devil, and his angels don’t really fit him very well (rainbows even though his own aesthetic is more drab and muted) in addition to him abusing them for fun. Then you take into consideration how MANY underlings Satanick and Fumus each have- way more than the other gods/devils tend to. I think maybe at some point Satanick and Fumus might have been something like co-devils at some point, and then Fumus ascended to godhood and took the place of some unknown god- and that’s why there are so many underlings, instead of them each having 10, like they do now, they each had 5, causing whoever used to be god to up the angels’ numbers to combat that. And, if you look at STNK’s underlings, roughly half of them are rams (Envi is a goat so i don’t count him with the others) and the other half have a decent amount of more “human-like” demons, so two separate motifs sort of smooshed together. As if maybe they were two separate people’s underlings that ended up joining together after one left.
Here’s where things really start to get interesting. So that recent update to Sunahama really did it for me- the one titled “Made in God” showing Ivlis, Rosalia, and Reficul. That of course means that those three were made by their respective gods, and ended up falling. Kcalb and Satanick are not depicted in this drawing because they were not made by their gods. So Kcalb was not an angel at any point in time, always being a demon, (since he wasn’t made by Etihw) and yet Wodahs is an angel, so he must have ascended to become an angel. Wodahs also has a darker side, as we’ve seen him choking Grora (and it looks like much worse things are going to happen based on their pose) for messing up his garden, beating up Grora seemingly for no reason (in a genderbent picture), and getting pleasure out of seeing Kcalb feel bad about taking his eye (to which Grora comments his smile creeps her out). All of the pictures I mentioned about Wodahs can be found on his gallery page on the Okegom wiki. And the thing that ties it all together- He has BLACK NAILS. One demon trait that stayed with him after becoming an angel, just like a certain someone we know- Fumus. (Wodahs wears gloves most of the time, but the mini-comic “head everything” shows black nails- also on the gallery page on the wiki) And we’ve also seen the reverse in Reficul, as she used to be a seraph as shown in one picture, but is now a devil.
So demons can become angels, angels can become devils, so it shouldn’t be beyond reason for Fumus to have once been a demon or devil and ascended to godhood. It seems when a character ascends or descend, their characteristics change to match their new role. We’ve also been told by DSP that gods and devils are not necessarily the strongest angel or demon, so to me that means it could potentially be possible for a god or devil to be overthrown.
All of this is just me analyzing everything to no end and connecting dots, I know it doesn’t actually mean its true unless DSP comes out and confirms this is the case, but this is my headcanon now, and I wanted to share. Think what you like, this is just a theory.
