Honestly I didn’t even think much about the plot. I was too focused on the characters. The fighting over land thing is lame. The prison ship could be interesting as well as how everyone is managing in their new locations (space, underground, Clarke all over the place, etc). I am mostly into the 100 for the characters. Always have been.

Yeah I feel that. I’ve just been really disillusioned by the whole show ever since s4 ended, and I can’t figure out why. It’s not like I didn’t like s4. And I still love the characters. I think... it’s been so long. I guess I just was so excited s3, and then after that was a total disaster I was still excited for s4, and I liked s4, but I think it was still a bit of a let down? So maybe I just don’t have the energy to be excited this time.

If I’m being honest with myself there are layers to his actions (not excuses but explanations) but I’m not quite ready to look at it that way. I’m still comfortable in my Finn’s the Worst bubble.

Oh yeah, he’s definitely still the Worst. He just wasn’t as annoying in s1 as I remember him being. I feel like I could have liked his character if they’d taken him in a different direction in s2. And I guess there are layers but it does seem like a huge jump from Raven being the one to tell him he had to go after Clarke to him literally murdering people to find her. I guess the breaking point was him seeing the grounder with Clarke’s watch? I mean his character was no great loss and his death was very emotional and I don’t miss him or anything, so I think it was a good storyline. Idk it’s just weird how I feel differently watching it again a few years later.
