Sun Cellular Postpaid Broadband.
Nakakagalit naman tong Sun Cellular shop sa MOA. Binili ko yung pocket wifi ng P1,500 plus Unlimited Data Initial Charge for P700. So total ng P2,200. Sobrang bilis kasi wala naman silang requirements na hiningi just a valid ID and payment. The transaction was so smooth. Nagkaroon ng connection yung device after 24hours just like what Kuya on the shop told me. Everything was fine. Wala akong natanggap na bill on that billing period dahil nga bayad na yun. After a month which is the next billing period dumating na ung SOA (Statement Of Account) nakalagay yng total bill P700. I paid on the same day. And here's what happened next.. Paguwi ko ng bahay may SOA na ako uli, guess what? My bill was P1400. I was shocked, knowing i paid on my previous bill. I called customer service. Sabi nila yung first P700 daw ay hndi initial payment for that month. Pag iteterminate na daw permanently yung lines saka pwede magamit or marefund. Nakakagalit. Unang beses ko lang nag avail ng mga postpaid dahil alam ko nga na may mga hidden charges sila. Hindi ko alam yung ganong policy kasi hindi naman ako nainform nung nagaapply palang ako sa plan. Wala naman kaso sakin kung sinabi ang nakakainis lang kung kelan madidisconnect na saka ka papadalan ng bill na "PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY". Sana naman hindi puro business lang iniisip nyo, concerned din sana kayo sa mga customers nyo. Unang dahilan bat hindi na nagbabayad ang mga postpaid users eh tapos bandang huli sila pa tong may bad record. Please lang pakiayos. Nagmumukhang tanga yung mga tao.
