DJ, analog gear and vinyl junkie from Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Playing all kinds of styles, from rock & roll to hardcore, from ambient to wave, usually happy, sometimes dark. Living in the freeparty scene. This time I’ll be playing a modular acid/tekno improv liveset. As it’s improvised I can’t really tell yet what’s going to happen and I don’t have a fixed setup, so the gearlist is also still in flux. I’ll bring quite some eurorack for sure, probably my mighty Cirklon sequencer.
It might be fun to note I know Falafelbiels from back in the days in Den Bosch and that he’s the pusher who gave me my “the first hit is for free” eurocrack addiction. At the time was collecting vintage synths and drummachines for quite a while already, but that was the moment it escalated.
In 2013 the Freak with double ‘e’ and I recorded an album under the name “Das Geheim” called “Moment Sustain” where we both tried to get out of our usual acid/techno/tekno patterns and into a wider spectrum of dark ambient, electro EBM and wave music.
