Painted! I did my eyes and all, but the look was for this deep blue lip. On my lips are a combination of a blue lip tar and black liner. These products are by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics . The blue is called "RX" and the black colour pencil is "Tarred" Their products are super pigmented if you're not familiar with them so a little goes a lonnnnggggggg way. BTW, these lip tars are LIP STAINS meaning be careful when applying therefore you don't have to wipe off the makeup surrounding your lips. Goes on as a liquid and dries into a matte finish. They're excellent for little to no touch ups and truly last all day.
