Jake winced, he hated seeing him like that. He was just about to pull away to try discuss what else to do with the others when Michael moved away from his covers. He immediately grabbed Jake's offered arm before sinking his fangs into his wrist. A jolt went through Jake as he felt the fangs sink in. It was a piercing pain at first, but it soon faded to a simple ache as a warm feeling went through Jake. His mind went fuzzy, he wasn't expecting Michael to rush him like that. "Micha-" "He's fine-" Jake told Will, he could oddly enough feel himself relax. Despite the situation he felt… safe. Especially when Michael curled one of his wings around Jake. The other looked hardly there though, his usually twilight lit brown eyes looked shallow.
