⚔ he’d left the rig like he had always done on evenings like this. it was easier to leave as the blistering sun began to set && make it to the settlement prior to the fire goddesses’ arrival if he was to get what he desired. usually it didn’t go down so well ---- ending in carnage && blood but that never bothered him.
what bothered him was always coming up empty on the map he desired --- a 40 year desire that the war - mongerer had sought for && gone after .. a desire that countless settlements, tribes && species had been killed over.
he was just shy of the settlement now, early yet knowing the children && a good portion of the settlement adults would be out with them giving goodbyes. a low rumble left the behemoth’s throat as glowing eyes illuminated in the near darkness ----- showing his presence that was likely not to be wished upon anybody.
but here he was. about to question this village && likely leave it burning to the ground as he was rumored to do.
