A Game of Cops and Robbers It’s a matter of an acid-scarred face and a blown-out brain. Kara / Rhett Kara (c) Sungeist on DA
On October 3rd of 2015, Toronto was paralyzed by heavy winds. While everyone stayed home, I took my camera and headed to the beach to capture Lake Ontario's awakening.
Not only were the lake and the sky gorgeous... there was no one walking around and no boats in the distance to ruin the shots!
I had so much fun with this. Iris is an Ekans gijinka whose story takes places in an apocalyptic aftermath. I enjoyed the extra challenge of the tail and skin/tail patterning. https://artfight.net/~Rachel_Codiferus https://artfight.net/character/1280424.iris-boreanaz https://artfight.net/attack/2581569.iris
This amazing Pikathulhu & Shankz scene was made by an artist on ArtFight! It’s so grand and epic, I didn’t think these two would get to fully rampage ever but I’m glad they get to. https://artfight.net/attack/2504734.pikathulhu-shankz The artist normally does pokémon and pokémon gijinkas and their art is amazing go check them out: https://www.deviantart.com/sungeist

I want to be honest on this one: if the Sebastien Deluc - the guy behind Sungeist, its weirdo uke-addicted counterpart Pantaloon Descendo and their label The Mustache Club - wanted to be more linguistically accurate he would have called his project either Sungost or Sonnegeist. Now that I've relieved my grammar nazi urge, I can speak of Sungeist and its dark and unusual take on folk and americana music. More inclined to post-rock and avantgarde structures, instead of traditional tunes and revivals, this one-man band concept is like a fighting arena where everything can clash and be part of this ecleptic, confused multiverse, as long as it sports a twisted side of human psyche. Sometimes instrumental, sometimes sorrowful, sometimes just plain odd: Sungeist's music has many facets, even hidden and obscure ones, arranged so strangely that you're never sure if you're understanding their real features.
