Short answer to both: yes!! 

Longer answers:

SeaMonkeys: Ngl, I love this ship. There's so much more to both Neptune and Sun than we've been able to see in the show, and I love the idea that they've just always been there for one another.  They've already been through a lot together, and Sun obviously knows about Neptune's hydrophobia, which I don't think he would tell many people about. 

It feels like they'd be able to support one another, through all sorts of obstacles, and not only that, they could be vulnerable with one another. 

(I'm also a sucker for "friends-to-lovers," so there's that, too. ^^)

Solar Flare: Sun and Yang both tend to be optimistic and upbeat, but as previously mentioned, there's so much MORE to both of them. They've both been through some of the same and different traumas, so they'd be able to commisserate and also offer different perspectives for one another. 

They both make bad jokes, so they would definitely be able to keep each other entertained, and they're both really cute blondes, come on.  They're also disaster bisexuals, so they could just as easily appreciate other people without geting weirdly possessive about everything.
