“ no it’s cool , i can just . . cover it with some paint or put a fuckin’ picture over it , right ? ” cool air suddenly puffs into his cheeks , the man trying his absolute hardest to keep his composure despite all colors of the rainbow currently crayoned right across his living room wall. normally he’d throw a fit — call it the last straw and threaten to take away anything remotely entertaining from the kid. but the two of them had talked about this , him and lola , and he promised her just the night before he’d try to do better at this whole parenting bullshit. not snapping every drawing tool in half was the first step. “ lola , it’s all over the wall , ” he points out , shaking his head. “ when did he even do this ? are we gonna have to like , lock him in his room overnight or something ? ”
