Ingredients: 1 lb ground brisket. 1/2 lb ground chuck. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup caramelized onions. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of tomato. 4 pickle slices. Mayonnaise and ketchup for topping.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine ground brisket and ground chuck. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Top each patty with caramelized onions, a slice of tomato, and a pickle slice.
