Experience the bold flavors of Korea with this delicious burger featuring marinated brisket and spicy kimchi. It's a fusion of flavors that's sure to satisfy your burger cravings with a Korean twist.
Ingredients: 1 lb Korean brisket. 1 cup kimchi, chopped. 4 burger buns. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 2 tbsp gochujang sauce. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1/2 tsp sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl to make a marinade. The marinade should be spread on both sides of the Korean brisket. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. The brisket should be grilled for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it. Cover the grill and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each brisket patty in the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the burger buns until they get a little brown. Assemble the burgers by putting a brisket patty on the bottom bun, then chopped kimchi on top of it, and green onions on top of that. Put the top bun on top of the burger, and it's ready to be served.
