As someone who is also constantly worried about what other people think of him, he can empathize with how you're feeling.
He sees how much of yourself you've hidden away, and feels disheartened that other people make you feel that way.
From that moment, Sigma starts helping you and tries to make your worries fade away, so that you'd be able to express yourself without having to fear what other people think.
He feels glad and honored that you trust him enough to be yourself around him, and enjoys learning more about you and your hobbies.
Whenever you talk about them, he listens intently and also tries to learn more about them on his own, so that he'd be able to understand your experiences and relate to what you're sharing with him.
Also, whenever you seem like you want to share these parts of you with others but is held back by your worries, Sigma supports you and reassures you that no one would think badly of you. He says you might even find out that someone you know shares the same hobbies and interests.
He also tells you that connecting with others would make you familiar to each other, and this would make them see you in a kinder, more understanding light.
Sigma also starts making sure social settings are more comfortable for you, and tries to create an environment in which you don't have to worry about what others think and can be yourself.
“I understand how you feel, and I promise that I'll always be here to support you.”
FYODOR
Fyodor figured you were hiding a lot of things about yourself in fear of being judged.
He might come across as cold and standoffish at times, but he cares about your wellbeing as thus decided to help you overcome your struggles.
Although this does not apply to him, he's aware that voicing one's thoughts and worries can help relieve their anxiety, so he starts by telling you that he's willing to lend an ear if you want to talk about what you're feeling.
If you do decide to share, he tries to keep your fears and negative thoughts from escalating and overwhelming you by providing counterarguments for them.
If you're worried about what others will think, he'd remind you that people usually focus on themselves more than others and years from now, will not remember any small mishaps that might occur.
He subtly encourages you to be yourself and not hold yourself back. He tells that you do not need to worry about what others think, because you are living your life and you should be happy with or without their validation.
“You’re perfectly fine the way you are. A small mishap won’t make people think less of you, because you’re truly an amazing individual.”
TECCHOU
When you were close enough to reveal your secret hobbies and the hidden sides of your personality, Tecchou was a little surprised.
Who knew you were hiding these parts of yourself?
He was glad to have your trust, but wondered why you were keeping these parts of you secret.
When he finally figured it out, he promised to help you overcome your anxiety and aid you in breaking through these inhibitions.
He just thinks you would be happier if you were freely able to express yourself and share your hobbies with others, so this is what he starts with.
Whenever you're restricting yourself as a result of your worries, he's quick to reassure you that you will not be judged by other people for who you are and for the things you enjoy.
Tecchou reminds you that life is short, precious, and you have to live every moment without stressing over what others think.
He just wants to make sure you're living as you please, free and unburdened by fears of other people seeing you in a bad light.
He also encourages you to be more open, helping you over time until you can talk to others freely about your hobbies and the things you like.
Tecchou also tries to help alleviate your anxiety by pointing out what he likes about your personality and hobbies, as he's sure others share his thoughts about them.
"I like those parts of you. To me, you're fun, amazing, and I'm sure others think the same."
⤍ Offering to hold Kaeya, Kazuha, and Scaramouche’s hand as a joke.
⤍ 800 words, fluff, Kaeya/Reader, Kazuha/Reader, Scaramouche/Reader, the reader and the trio are not yet in a relationship
⤍ A/N: The 3 Ks... Struggled with Kazuha's part, hope it seems ok
— A common enemy has you teaming up with someone familiar. Heading towards unknown territory together as the stars twinkled above your heads, you couldn’t help but notice that your companion seemed uncharacteristically quiet tonight.
You glanced at him. Shoulders tense, back straight as an arrow.
Almost as if he was nervous?
As you watched him try to hide the fact that he had just been startled by a passing animal, you teased:
“What's wrong? If you're that scared, you can hold my hand if you want...”
KAEYA
“Oh? Well, I’ll take you up on your kind offer,” Kaeya said in reply, slipping his hand into yours and lacing your fingers together.
Trying to keep surprise from showing on your face, which was now most definitely formed into some sort of flustered expression, you kept your gaze trained on your companion, watching as he raised your interlocked hands.
“There.” He gave you a smile, and you felt his warmth of his skin through your fingertips. “I’m all relaxed and comfortable now, thanks to you.”
“I–” You held on to him a little tighter, letting out a soft laugh. “I didn’t think you’d actually do that.”
As if the skies were bearing witness to your exchange, the clouds cleared, leaving the moon to shine over you and illuminate the path as you resumed walking. “Why were you so nervous anyway, O Great Captain?”
Kaeya hummed as he pondered over his answer. “Just a lack of sleep, I suppose. Knowing I would get to fight alongside you, I could hardly rest, being so excited... And finally seeing your face after so long–”
His statement was halted by a cacophony of sounds cutting through the air, sounds you recognized as the cries and howls of the foes you were hunting.
You quickly diverted your attention back to the mission, alert and ready to strike at a moment's notice.
"I'll continue that later," Kaeya promised, still refusing to let go of your hand for the time being. "Now come on, we're not frozen in place, after all."
KAZUHA
Kazuha’s features glowed in the warm smile he had made after hearing your words.
“Don’t worry about me, being with you is more than enough to put me at ease.”
At your questioning gaze, he continued, “Though I must confess, something has been troubling me."
You shifted in place, listening intently. "What's wrong, Kazuha?"
"I thought the stakeout would have been finished around this time." The wanderer confessed, more shy than tense now. "With this in mind, I actually... prepared a small surprise for us back at the mainland. We haven't seen each other in a long time and I wanted to spend some time with you before we part ways again."
Your eyes widened, and you could feel a small smile tugging at your lips. "How thoughtful."
He turned his face towards you, the moonlight cascading down his features in the prettiest of ways. "But as things are going quite sluggishly as of the moment, it seems like we'll have to reschedule...”
That explained his seemingly anxious behavior tonight.
"I see. You were worried about that?” You asked, crystalflies fluttering in your chest as you did so. Without thinking, you reached for his hand, catching the way his face slightly reddened at your touch. “Come on then, Kazuha. We can still make it! With our skills combined, this will over in no time.”
SCARAMOUCHE
At first, he seemed at loss for words, the look of flabbergasted indignation on his face making you chuckle. Holding up a hand to conceal the grin on your face, you awaited the displeased drivel to come flying out of his mouth.
To your surprise, the man you knew as Scaramouche merely clicked his tongue to let his annoyance be known. “No, we don’t have time for this. Instead of cracking jokes, you and I should be working twice as hard to make up for your subordinates’ incompetence.”
You raised a brow, secretly glad to see him reverted back to his usual self, all traces of anxiousness gone.
“Well, if you say so. But don’t worry–if you get spooked again later, know that the offer still stands...”
Refusing to humor you with a response, the harbinger turned away, completely silent save for an irked huff, but even the sheer trail of his hat failed to hide the tinge of red on his ears from your sharp eyes.
How cute.
You smiled, jogging to catch up with him. He easily moved to the side to make way for you, a gesture that also did not go unnoticed.
With an s/o who's like a younger sibling to Fyodor
Sigma, Reader is also a member of the Decay of Angels
At first, Sigma was worried that Fyodor would be against your relationship, and was truly surprised to find out he wasn't.
It seems as though Fyodor trusts him enough and thinks he's a good match for you.
Being a member of the Decay of Angels, you're often assigned missions all over the globe, but lucky for you and Sigma, Fyodor helps you find ways to visit the Sky Casino whenever you want, as long as you were able to do your work well.
Sigma isn't sure how he feels about your closeness with Fyodor, since they have different goals and ideals, but he's grateful someone like him values you and cares about your wellbeing.
He's also in awe of the way you can get Fyodor to listen to you and how much he values your opinion. The man really does care for you as if you were his younger sibling, and Sigma is glad you have someone like that.
Both him and Fyodor are also willing to help you improve yourself and your ability if you asked them.
Sigma would probably try his best to convince Fyodor to give you less work to do on certain months so you could spend time together.
Knowing that you're close to Fyodor, Sigma probably wouldn't be shocked by any of your other secrets.
He believes that if you can get Fyodor to care about you, you can do anything 👍
It's Valentines Day and the reader is nervous about giving chocolates to Kunikida. Yosano is there to reassure her.
Info: F! Reader, Reader is Yosano's sister
It was the first time you've put in so much effort for a simple Valentines Day gift.
Well, it wasn't just a Valentines Day gift. It was an admission of your feelings, and you hoped that the recipient would recognize it as the confession it was.
And so, after spending hours in the kitchen last night, doing trial and error, plus days of fishing out information about his chocolate preferences, you finally came up with something you hoped he'd like.
Now, the real challenge was actually giving it to him.
So here you were, finishing up paperwork with your mind elsewhere, trying to summon the courage you undoubtedly needed. Your hands were cold, unlike the rest of your body, shaking slightly as you moved the pen across the page. The back of your neck felt like it was on fire, only adding to the anxious, thrumming feeling in your chest.
With your body on autopilot, you opened your bag to peek at its contents, lips turning up in a small smile when you saw them safe and intact.
“Don’t be so nervous,” Your sister patted your back, still cheerfully supportive even though she had been watching you do this for the thousandth time today. "You're giving that to him this morning, right?"
"Yep." You glanced at Kunikida, who was helping Atsushi file paperwork, only a few meters away from you. Trying to hype yourself up, you raised a fist and mumbled, "Wooo... I can do this..."
"Yes you can!" Yosano responded with more vigor. She grinned down at you, leaning on the back of your chair as she pretended to wipe a tear from her eye. "Look at my little sister, all grown up! Soon, I'll be giving her away to a..."
She sighed dramatically. "...to a man!"
You laughed. "Indeed."
Her antics did well to soothe your nerves, amusement and affection replacing the coils of unease in your belly. Still, the heaviness of possible rejection loomed over your head like clouds before a thunderstorm.
You thought of Kunikida. Of his lofty ideals and impossibly high standards. Would he really return your feelings? What if he didn't? Would confessing to him make him see you in a different, negative way?
Almost subconsciously, you once again opened your bag to check on the chocolates you had made for him.
They were fine. Perfect, even.
Your hands were shaking again, and you were about to pick up a pen to resume what you were doing when you felt a reassuring hand on your shoulder. "There, there. You don't have to worry about anything, I'm sure he'll love it."
You exhaled, feeling your inner turmoil subside and clear away somewhat. You reached up to squeeze her hand, hoping to convey your gratitude. "Thank you, Akiko-nee."

Poe would bring you books about the things you like, the topics you're interested in.
Better yet, he'd write short stories about your interests so you could spend some time in them through his ability.
You're the only person who can get him to eat and do other normal, daily activities on time.
He's usually too engrossed in his work, so doing those things wouldn't cross his mind until he's finished.
However, Poe does try to be a good older brother figure so he'd set some time aside to have lunch with you and ask how you're doing.
Being the Guild's master architect, he'd have no problem buying you things you like and going shopping with you (if he can, given his busy schedule).
At first, he would actively try to avoid contact with other people, but now he finds that shopping or spending time outside with his you, a person whom he treats like a younger sibling, can be quite enjoyable.
Oh and he's always telling you about Ranpo. Soon, you'd feel like Ranpo's your rival too with all the things Poe's told you about him.
Lastly, you'd definitely be someone Karl trusts as well. Poe would sometimes leave him with you or would be surprised to find out that Karl came to you on his own.
