Tonight was a special screening of “The Two Popes” at Netflix courtesy of The Los Angeles Press Club. The Netflix space and theater was a remarkable place to screen the movie. Starring Jonathan spryce and Anthony Hopkins in this intimate about Pope Benedict and soon to be Pope Francis Both a human and approachable portraying the brotherliness nature of their faith. The story removes the artifice of their office revealing he men and their life’s stories in an honest on screen representation of who they are as human beings. It’s socially conscious and relevant to contemporary issues.
