5 facts

I was tagged by @sunshineandcherryblossom

1. I was a long and triple jumper in college.  I also hold upwards of 20 track and field records at my high school, and broke a 20+ year state long jump record when I was a junior in high school.  (And I promise I’m way more humble than this fact comes off.  If we were talking in person, I’d probably never tell you these things)

2. I always imagined myself as a mom to boys.  And now I have two girls.  And they’re awesome.

3. I’ve been with my husband since I was 17 years old. We met in high school and did the long distance thing through four years of college.  When it works, it works.  It’s been 13.5 years and I’m not tired of him yet ;)

4. I turn 31 next month and still forget that I turned 30 last year.  Guaranteed, if someone were to ask how old I am, my first answer would be 29.  And the funny thing is, I don’t even care about getting older, I’ve just lost track of time since college.

5. I’m about to have some Reese’s easter eggs for breakfast.  Don’t judge.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. SHATTERED MY HEART INTO A MILLION PIECES, and I am NOT exaggerating in any way or form. Iain deserves an Emmy for his performance as Fitz, he IS a genius. And Castle destroyed the sole remnant shard of my heart, so that’s okay, too.

5. On TV I remember watching “The Iron Giant” on repeat one day and in theatre…….Disney’s “Tarzan.” 

8. OH MAN so many. I REALLY want to see “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley in movie form so bad you don’t even knOW.

13. This is hard. I don’t watch comedies that much but I love classic screwball comedies so I’ll have to go with a tie between “It Happened One Night”/”Bringing Up Baby”/”His Girl Friday.”
