It’s such a sunshiny 🌞 day today! I thought I would share another recipe that’s dear to my heart - my mom’s recipes are always the most special, and these are no exception. They’re Sunshine Muffins! Mom made these for as long as I can remember. She’d usually serve them with soup or for breakfast. And my brother and I would always eat the tops off because they taste like a cookie 😄 these have great flavor - a combo of orange juice, almond and vanilla 🍊 Bright flavors for a bright day!
