Had some good waves today.  Still really cold so I wasn't trying to get in the water, so I went down to Carolina Beach, NC and shot some photos.  I usually just sit out there with the 300mm lens to capture all the surfing thats going down.  But today I wanted to try something a little different.  I spent less time with the 300 and traded off between the 50mm and 35-70mm to try and focus on some lineup shots.  It was one of those days where everything comes together (swell, tides, winds) and it served up some epic surf with some epic barrels.
