#Repost • @colvinology Sun Talk, an 8.2% imperial sour saison from Rake Beer Project (@rakebeerproject) with strawberry, mango, and raspberry, and The Master Grade Gundam GN-003 Kyrios, and the Kotobukiya HMM Liger Zero Schneider . Getting lots of strawberry juice, farmhouse funk, lemon, and a fair bit of raspberry...not a ton of mango, if I'm being honest, but it's probably because the tart and acidic berries are masking the sweeter and more tropical notes. One sip confirms my suspicions. Those bright, tart strawberry and raspberry flavors are out front again, joined almost immediately by a sour pucker and some farmhouse funk. This time however, these flavors give way to sweet mango nectar that dominates the middle of the sip, before once again yielding to sour and funk right at the end. I think Rake has become one of those "grab it if I'm out" kind iof breweries. Everything I've had from them has been kickass, and I find myself randomly craving one of their sours…not to mention how amazing their labels look. I'll drop a 360 in my stories because this can, once again, is fire.
