sunwiitch I did that bc I thought it might help but it didn't? Like now that I've snacked I'm not hungry anymore lmao and that's the only thing it really did. Idk, I just feel kinda odd? And really really resistant to the idea of sleeping, which is unusual for me. Normally I'm like "it's late and there's nothing else for me to do online so I might as well go to bed" even though I'm not usually tired at that point, but like... I'm actually tired right now? Falling asleep probably wouldn't be that hard? But I really don't want to and idk why

Yeah that too. I have to book that appointment myself though, so I’ll do it whenever. No medical leave, still working. My job didnt even give me a day off when I broke my toes or when I was contagious with strep. No way they would let me take off for this either.
