Life really is, to a large extent, what you make of it. so if you're having these thoughts, you should get help and try to get better. It can be tough but it's worth it, life is and can be good

Today was honestly one of the best days I’ve had this month. I got to hang out with my squad, visited a museum, ate good food, and when I got home some of my online orders arrived while I was adventuring. I’m so happy. This has been the most content I have been in weeks.
