Yeah listen, it was a bit wierd to bring up something as insignificant and old like that. Especially when I dont feel that nostalgic??

Like, I was a socially anxious 13-14 year old. Thats all I know. And some other shit happened too I would rather forget

And I will ruin the fun if someone does want to talk about the old Mel by bringing out the list of "what the actual fuck was going on in the minecraft fandom when I was just a kid, why there was so much porn and adults acting super wierd with no boundaries. Why were there so many buff sexy endermen???"

Those few weird a hat in time posts I came across in the tags are something man (edited because i realized one point wasn’t good and needed to be re written)

You cant demand people to like a certain thing more or have something have less popularity since it's very popularity is linked to people genuinely liking and enjoying it. and you dont know how attached an individual is. 

 the sentiment of "this character is too popular” is already weird, already saw someone use the term “toxic popularity”, which is not a thing but okay.  and “people should support other artists with content they might not enjoy and it's bad for artists moral" is not a bad point, it is valid to feel like this, but people who tried to address the issue basically made a huge guilt trip saying its the fandom liking one character too much is the real issue..  trying to encourage people to reblog from other smaller artists is good but trying to convey the message by saying the ahit fandom focuses too much on one character is just, such a bad take. 

It's a nice sentiment to want more attention to underrated content. Then you go and support those artists instead of going the opposite direction, insisting one content is snubbing the other. a fandom is here for individuals to enjoy things, not some quota you have to fill, as harsh it may sound, no one is entitled to that you know.

... it's not really a secret and I'm writing this just in case but I have, on my phone, a folder dedicated to Reylo fanart, gifs, set pics etc. A batshit lot of them. All backed it up on my laptop for good measure. Yep. When they bury me, I want every edit printed out and dispersed on my casket. When they burn us, I want our joint ashes to be thrown into the eyes of the naysayers. I don't care if you fedex us but the antis are going to get whats coming to them. Neither Reylo nor is going to go gentle into that good night.
