so I ordered something from there almost 2 weeks ago and it's still being processed. I have 3 days before it's cancelled. when it's cancelled do I get a refund? also what if I extend the shipping time and it still isn't processed? sorry for bothering you I just couldn't find these answers on the site :(

Yeah you’ll get a full refund! You can cancel the order yourself and pick the option “the order processing time is too long” if you’re not interested in it anymore (that’s what I did bc im impatient haha) and you should get a refund in a few days. If you still want it you can extend the shipping time and you’ll still be able to cancel it if they take too long after that. You could see if there’s another seller selling the same thing and order from them instead of you decide to cancel. Don’t worry you’re not bothering me!!
