Rice dries the truffles too much, and with that moisture sequestration, off goes a lot of the perfume and taste as well. On #fresheggs, however, they lend that very #truffleessence #perfume to the yolks (it infuses them through as #eggshells are porous) and the #organiceggs become the most #umamibomb #softboiledeggs (or however you would like to enjoy them) you’ve ever tried.
