1. I have an extra lumbar vertebra (at the very base of my spine).

2. I am deathly afraid of balloons.  Not hot air balloons and not those metallic balloons, but rubber ones. Even writing about them skeeves me out. Argh.

3. I love getting up early when it's quiet and there's no one else around.

4. I think carrots are the most vile food on the planet.

5. When I was little, it used to annoy the hell out of me that the Smurfs couldn't escape the cages Gargamel put them in, since the spaces between the bars were wide enough for them to walk through.
