트랜스폼, 4세대 GaN 플랫폼 SuperGaN 전력 FET 발표

트랜스폼(Transphorm Inc.)이 4세대 GaN 플랫폼을 발표했다.

고전압 질화갈륨(GaN) 전력반도체를 선도적으로 설계하고 제조하는 트랜스폼의 최신 기술은 자사의 이전 세대 GaN 제품에 비해 성능, 설계성 및 가격 면에서 눈에 띄게 향상됐다. 이와 관련, 트랜스폼은 또 4세대 및 미래 세대 플랫폼을 SuperGaN™기술이라고 명명했다.
