also, yeah, SoA fucking destroyed me 100%. i just finished reading the iliad (in school, but still) and i got to book 16 and was like NOOOO and then got to book 18 and achilles’s conversation with his mom just....... killed me.............. anyway so i need to do a reread

i’m also thinking of picking up a verse translation of the iliad and reading that, the one we used in the class i took was a prose translation which was fine but not quite the same

Yo natwing, nightween, in-a-hat, superherokink, are you guys still needing rain? Cause we’re in day five of basically every couple hours of rain/thunderstorms and I feel like I should just send this shit to people who need it. (I love thunderstorms but god damn I want to exist outside without an umbrella... or at all...) Everything’s wet and not in the good way.
