Now I'm only gonna do three bc i cannot for the life of me remember what I watched before this three. And I'm also not gonna rate bc i absolutely HATE doing ratings.
One of my favorite movies of all time. Hands down. It's also one of my top comfort movies rn. It's like the most comic booky of comic book adaptations I've ever seen, and it WORKS. Corensupes is my favorite Clark Kent/Superman duo. He says, "Good golly" and "oh darn I can be such a jerk sometimes" but can also be SUCH a petty bitch ("do i think this is going well? well i think I am doing well"). Also one of my favorite Clois and Lex/Clex too. Clark and Krypto were everything!!! Oh and The Justice Gang!! ESPECIALLY MR TERRIFIC!!! This movie is just everything to me. Honestly, there's SO much I can say but I'll stop here lmaoo
EVERYBODY NEEDS TO SEE THIS MOVIE NOOOWW AND NOT LET THE MISOGYNISTS WIN
Honestly, I've been trying to come up with the words to explain how much this movie means to me. Like yes, I'm not a woman, but I was raised as a girl, so maybe that's why I can connect with it so well. But honestly, I think ANYONE who has had childhood trauma can relate to and understand it. However, it's absolutely for the girls and women and it was such so fucking beautiful to see a traumatized young twenty something and a newly turned teenaged girl who just endured a horrible trauma as well go through this journey together. Although it may be darker than Superman (which I'm so glad it was and also like Superman had its real dark moments too just saying) it was still just as beautiful.
I think both movies pair really well together, and I honestly CANNOT wait to see Man of Tomorrow.
Also, Kara and Krypto mean everything to me!

it made me laugh out loud so many times I almost had an asthma attack, but it also made me cry my eyes out. Like it was so funny and adorable and sad and beautiful and uplifting and just makes me SO happy
