Supernatural Always

I had just been in this fandom or less than 6 months, but it’s been haunting every single thing that i’m doing. I don’t mind that cause i really do love the whole paranormal stuff, but it’s kinda weird and awesome when you see how things always go back to supernatural

I was back in college yesterday because i became a student helper to earn some money and to kinda waste my time during my sem break since i couldn’t secure a full time job yet. I went for the student helper thing before i went for my job interview later in the evening. I met another student helper who called me “senpai” which is an indication that she into the whole anime and cosplay culture. So, obviously, we bonded over that. Well..... we bonded over the same taste in anime which is awesome cause i felt like no one understand my feelings about the current popular anime. She recommended an anime that suits my taste and she say it was the same creator as Saitama, but Saitama is more of physical strength and this is more mental. Anyhow, i forgotten about watching it until she whatsapp me to ask me about my job interview i went to yesterday. So we chat a little and she told me to watch Mob Psycho 100 (which i assume is the anime she told me about). I didn’t really google the synopsis cause i know this anime would be kinda good cause it’s created by the same creator as Saitama. So, i watch the first episode and it talks about all the psychic and ghost and things like that. 

All i felt was.......... well, my life is really supernaturalized....... i don’t think i can ever run away from this, but i don’t mind cause i like it a lot.

I never would’ve chosen to be an angel.  I’ve lived with power and strength my whole life, so I didn’t need to have angelic power.  The one thing I couldn’t live without wasn’t in heaven, but it wasn’t on earth either.  I know because you can see earth from heaven if you stand close enough to the edge.  All the people down there are so small and insignificant-looking; it can give you the delusion that you can see the bigger picture.  I’ve lived long enough; however, that the bigger picture doesn’t really matter to me anymore.

Castiel seemed surprised at my request to look for John, but not in the way I was expecting.  I had misjudged him, I think.  I expected him to get angry and tell me no, that angels were not allowed to have emotional attachments to other beings.  Instead, we searched for hell, since that was where John most likely was.  Strange, that I was an angel and he was a demon.  The only place you can’t see from heaven is hell, but it didn’t take long to find.  The thing that stood out most to me about hell was this oppressive sense of loneliness that permeated the air.  All I could think was how I needed to get John out of this.  I have already worked so hard to rescue him from the loneliness of his soul, I could not stand to see him suffer from it any longer.  Once I had a hold of John, we retreated from battle, escaping from hell for the most part unscathed.  John was with me, but he was not yet saved.

Peeta - The Sanctity of Death (Supernaturalized)

The worst part is that I didn’t even notice she was missing.

This whole thing started in a really confusing manner, and we weren’t entirely sure of where everyone was, but I had noticed that Zijaya was among those huddled in our camp.  We were afraid of the dangers that Dean was describing; dangers that used to be our friends.  Then a lot was happening: Tino was a vampire stumbling into camp and asking to be cured, B’Elanna was a demon attempting to infiltrate the camp, and there was a cave filled with werecats nearby.  It wasn’t until the angels arrived that we even noticed she was gone.  “There’s already someone in heaven,” they said, accusing of a terrible shortcoming.

Zijaya is antisocial at best and hostile toward most, including me, and doesn’t have friends other than maybe Katniss.  The two are birds of a feather in that respect.  So it’s no surprise that when the vampires grabbed her, no one knew she was gone.  Perhaps that’s why they targeted her.  Now that she’s gone, we feel terrible that she’s dead.  But why care now that she’s dead?  Shouldn’t I have cared when she was still alive?  From what Castiel says, she’s happy in her heaven.  I’ve never seen her happy before, and I wish I could have.  It seems that for all our talk about the sanctity of life, we seem to believe much more strongly in the sanctity of death.  Death motivates us to care and to fight, but shouldn’t we do that anyway?

Tino - Blood (Supernaturalized)

At first I didn’t mind being a vampire; I had a sensitivity to light and sound, but overall it was okay.  There was a power to it.  As a country, I usually experience a sense of power, but this was different and I liked it.  Then there was the thirst, a seemingly unquenchable need for blood.  I thought I could control it, but no one else wanted to.  All the other vampires immediately started asking for blood, even showing signs of withdrawal despite the fact they had never had it before; they were junkies.  Then Jenny brought in Zijaya, and I listened as her pulse slowed.  I wanted the blood, even needed it.  I didn’t know her that well; Zijaya kept to herself—avoided people.  How horrible would it be to drink her?

As much as I needed the blood, and had shed so much blood in my life, I would not do this, never this.  Never had I drunk the blood of a girl lying on the floor helpless, unconscious, almost dead.  It was too much, and I left.  Natalia would be my best bet.  She is understanding and I knew she would either help me or kill me before I hurt someone. After seeing the blood, I wasn’t so sure I could control the thirst.  Maybe death was the best option.  There she was!  Natalia was on guard duty.  I called to her, and she started toward me.  I didn’t want to hurt her, so I made her stop.  I explained my problem to her, and she made me stay where I was.  She came back with the best news: a cure.  50/50 chance, dead or human.  The best odds it seemed I’d ever heard.  The process made every inch of me ache with more intensity than I had ever felt before, and the hallucinations seemed so real-- reliving my worst memories and regrets.  I thought I was going into the 50% that didn’t make it.  Then I opened my eyes and the light was welcome instead of painful.  I was so happy as I looked over at Natalia and realized that I could no longer hear her blood.

A fun twist on an old classic, the Werecats have almost all the same properties as their Werewolf counterparts.  Weaknesses include silver bullets and laser pointers, and some of them get intense urges to eat human hearts.  Their alpha Felix tries to keep a lid on this impulse, and is able to keep his head well at night when the others turn since he is pretty used to being a cat.  The Demons tried to make a deal with them like they did the Vampires, but cats are naturally distrusting and were not convinced.  Because of their unwillingness to participate, the Werecats are one of only two groups with no casualties.

For Vampires, the hunger to feed is an overwhelming desire.  Their alpha Jenny Hyde, tries her best to keep her nest fed.  At first they just killed their victim, drinking her dry to seal their fate as Vampires.  When the demons promised to send them easy prey, they were persuaded to turn their victims after drinking all they could.

The Demons have been the biggest problem for the Hunters so far, even if the Hunters don't realize it yet.  Kicked into action when the Angels stormed hell, the queen of hell has been busy with a sinister plot to take the souls of Purgatory, though there need to be some souls in Purgatory first.  Through their "man on the inside" witch, they've been able to send humans to the Vampires to be converted, but are eventually planning to double-cross the Vamps and get them all killed.
