We managed to get about 40 minutes of nice outside time in the shade before we thought it got a little too hot and we needed to get inside. #Florida heat in July is not worth messing with and it was sweltering. This was the first day that I was able to lift #supernoahsruns since I hurt my hand and we were extremely grateful to enjoy some awesome #floridasunshine and get some work out in. Noah even did his leg exercises all by himself this morning.
