#Repost @thebeermama ・・・ Getting that good golden hour light (I mean LOOK at my eye!!!) with @trilliumbrewing Amarillo Hopped Sunshower super saison. ( a super saison is just a higher alcohol saison ) super spicy on the nose - zesty too. The citrus from the Amarillo kind of overpowers the more delicate yeast flavors when you drink it, though as it warms the flavor from the yeast does become more assertive. I know we are all used to the Haze boi IPA/ DIPA offerings from trillium, but they excel in other more nuanced styles as well. This one is really for those spicy (saison) boi, with enough crossover appeal for the hop junkies out there.
