Perhaps they might encounter a frost specter one day. I doubt it would be easy to dispel, as they’re fish and struggle to retain body heat.

Sleeby guys! Here’s a Maeya and Finley.

Since fish don’t really sleep, I think it would be an uncomfortable experience for Finley, now turned into a person, to have to go into a prolonged resting period and basically teleport to the future where everything is bright and people have moved around and he is sapped out of energy. Just another thing he’ll have to get used to…

While living in in the Super-Sargasso city, Eriel constructs their fashion mentor's designs to put food on the table, but doesn't get to make and trade many designs of their own. However, when their mentor offers them the opportunity to design something of their own, they're ecstatic.

Eriel meets Morse, their mentor's nephew. He works at his family's farm, but dreams of being a performing musician. After years of work, he's finally gotten his first gig— but he doesn't have anything to wear! He wants this show to be original, outstanding, and especially unique, so he's very picky about his outtit, disliking every design he's found in the city. However, maybe a human from another dimension may be able to design the originality he's looking for...?

Finley and Smush! Finley likes to go outside and explore the coral forest, but not without the company of his best friend, Smush. Smush is a peaceful algae tardigrade specter. Finley, formerly being a full fish himself, has bonded with him over their similarities in perspective.

Neither human nor marinian, Candle Queen was awoken from her stony slumber by the earthling portion of the crew. Now, commanding her army of specters, she is determined to return the sea dimension to its natural order by destroying the former humans.

Maeya really struggles to come to terms with her new residency in the sea dimension, often resulting in frustrated outbursts of yelling and irritability, but she still tries her best nonetheless to cope in healthy ways and build her patience and confidence back up again.
