Like Moses on Pisgah, You are, to me A promise land.
I have a bad feeling
Deep in my gut... Why?
I feel like a prostitute.
I'm wearing faux knee high stockings that have the line thing on the side... And I'm currently in Starbucks... On a Sunday... Which means church day... A bit inappropriate?
Yo
Today has just honestly been the worst day ever. I just need it to be done right now. I need my whole life right now to just pause and I need to talk to God because I don't understand. I just don't. I can't .
Trying hard not to fall asleep in the cafe
Failing miserably. I just want my bed … But I have to work after this… Great !
Sick + some TMI... Don't read on if you have a weak stomach
I feel so ducking sick it's not even funny. I just threw up, in the STREETS, until I had nothing left in my stomach, gagging up fucking air, and I still feel horrible! I really don't want a stomach virus. I hope I'm fine by tomorrow.
‘I know that girl. She will never ask you for love again, she will die first. But I Christophine I beg you. She love you so much. She thirsty for you. Wait, and perhaps you can love her again. A little, like she say. A little. Like you can love.’
Jean Rhys, Wide Sargasso Sea
I love Christophine so much in this story, and I love how much she protected and defended Antoinette and this part just really broke my heart. Christophine is not the type of woman to beg anyone, yet here she is, begging Antoinette’s good for nothing husband to love her again, even though she knows his greedy heart can barely love anyone.
I’m pretty sure I work just to take cabs from school to work and home. Like, I do nothing else with my money.
