So, this happened: Found out that @EighthAndRail re-opened and are, of course, offering cocktails to go with their food. We went for a lot - see photos in this post of the menus - including the Triple Threat, Chili Cheese Dog, Mozzarella Sticks, Twisted Pretzel and two of their amazing 1944 recipe Mai Tais for the win!
