Starting with Retro I decided to make him more of a heavy duty vehicle with a plow instead of having another crane like Surge already has more prominently. having two hooks on the original vehicle just seemed strange Since Retro has been in the war longer than Surge according to the original bio and has seen cities fall, Retro has PTSD using his plow cover has a defensive and hiding mechanism.
