In an article entirely pitched, produced, written and fact-checked by women, TIME Magazine has named “The Silence Breakers” its Person of the Year 2017.
The faceless woman on the TIME Person of the Year cover....
"She is faceless on the cover and remains nameless inside TIME’s red borders, but her appearance is an act of solidarity, representing all those who are not yet able to come forward and reveal their identities....
Along with Swift and Judd, the anonymous sixth woman is pictured in the company of former Uber engineer Susan Fowler, lobbyist Adama Iwu, and Isabel Pascual, who is a strawberry picker and an immigrant from Mexico whose name was changed to protect her identity."
I just think it’s great that Donald Trump, a sexual predator, claimed that TIME wanted to make him person of the year when in reality they chose a group of women who spoke out against sexual assault

I feel like a woman I haven’t seen many people talking about on the cover of Time is Susan Fowler, and I just want to say how much her story means to me. She’s a former Uber engineer whose boss sexually harassed her and she had many sexist encounters at Uber, and over the ten months she worked there, she repeatedly reported incidents to HR…and HR repeatedly found that there was no problem. As a woman who wants to work in a company (specifically in tech), the prospect of HR failing employees is absolutely horrifying to me. Last year, I spoke with a current female employee of Uber, who said that while she hadn’t been harassed at Uber, she had been harassed at another tech company she had worked for, and she knew many, many women who had similar experiences at various companies and were silenced. It sounds naive, but I didn’t know this could ever happen. Thank you to Susan and every other person who has reported workplace harassment for spreading awareness: it has no place in the world and I hope that one day it’s nonexistent.

Google the words "representative" and "sampling", which the people featured are.
Google "flawed", which every human is.
Then ask your counselor why, in a group picture and a crowd full of people, you focus solely on one person with obsessive hatred.
