Something was wrong.

The Deliverer was having trouble trying to focus as he was being taken to a unknown place after trying to fight off some enemies upon ending up in this strange new world but one of the enemies caught him off guard with a strong strike to his head as everything soon faded to black, his body also felt very different than when in his own world. Were the laws here unique from his own world? What the hell was going on?!

He tries to stay conscious the best he can as he speaks out, demanding answers.

“….u-urgh…who are you?! Where are you taking me?!”

He yelled out with a tinge of anger, trying to struggle against the ones restraining him as he was then strapped down to a metal table. He tries to fight back, anything to break free from this new hell he found himself in as his hands clench at the straps holding them in place.

The worldbearer could sense that the power he carried within was still there which he was thankful for but he was currently too weak to summon it forth. This was bad, he needs to get out of here! His sun shaped irises dart around before he could see a shadow as he tries to speak out once more despite a raspy voice, brows narrowed.

“Release me or else, I’m warning you….”

The youth groaned a little as his head was aching, as he tried to get up, he found himself slumping back down as his right leg was throbbed.

When his eyes moved to look down to see why, he gasped a little to see that there was a nasty gash there as a bit of crimson was escaping. He struggled to stay awake as he could feel that something felt off about his chest, he didn't break any ribs did he?!

A sharp cry sounded out as many questions ran through his mind:

Where was he? What was going on? Why was he here? Why was he now propped against a wall of what looked to be a alleyway??

His vision began to blurred as he shortly lost consciousness, laying there on the cold ground.

Nyx would be walking along the road as he wanted to show his new friend some sights around Solitude, they would be out in the open as a roar of a dragon is heard. Nyx looking to the sky as he says “Looks like a Dovah is near. There is some ruins ahead that we can hide in” in the sky would be a massive ice dragon as it would spot the two and shout ice breath on them only for Nyx to quickly cast a shield spell as it covered them both but would still crack from the breath attack. -Nyx and Albedo (Nyx's time to get his fur handed to him)

"...!!!"

As soon as Albedo heard the roar of a dragon, he instantly froze up as it sounded like his dragon brother Durin but that was impossible as Durin perished along side the mountain the alchemist took refuge back in his own world.

His shocked expression was unusual as he was normally extremely calm but something about the dragon's roar startled him as he was reliving his past.

His breathing suddenly became labored and his heart rate increased ever so slightly, he watched as Nyx summoned forth a ice shield to block the incoming attack but then the alchemist just zoned out as everything around him got dark. It was like a out of body experience and he was terrified.

Crimson irises slowly lift as the sounds of birds chirping as they flew by and the rustling of tree leaves fill the air around as soft groans sound out, a head of long silvery hair slowly looks around as the body sits up, the being looked around as he rubbed at his rather sore head.

He groaned once more before taking note of his surroundings, sniffing with his keen sense of smell as he tries to take in what was all here.

“Unfamiliar scents, not home, where is home? Lost.”

He replies in a unique way as he got up off the ground, shaking his head like a dog shaking off water before venturing forth. His stomach growled, he was hungry.

Must find food, he needs meat. He nears a flowing river and spots several fish swimming freely within its pristine waters, he could catch those and perhaps wild boar if any were around! He takes off his hooded cloak, sets it near and dives into the water, unaware if anyone was near his current location.

Yanqing was extremely cautious when looking at the captured man that Jing Yuan spoke to be wary of, his swords even at the ready need be it in case things go awry.

He approached slowly before speaking, brows narrowing.

"So, you're the man the General warned me about? Your use of the way if the sword is admirable at best but don't think that I'm letting my guard down any time soon as you are a dangerous man, tell me, what is your true intention here at the Xianzhou Luofu?"

Some time would of passed since Albedo would of met Nyx and Onyx, his recovery going very well as he would be strong enough to walk around the safe house some before needing to rest again. Onyx would of had to take a meeting with the owner of the museum leaving Albedo and Nyx on their own. Though Onyx would of asked Nyx to grab some ingredients from their home since it was close by. Soon enough Albedo would get to hear the secret passage to the safehouse open, the one Nyx took to leave but something would be wrong after Nyx got back.

Nyx would have a bag of ingredients for Onyx as he would say out loud “Albedo... I'm back..” his voice sounded raspy before a thud could be heard. Nyx had collapsed as he was now burning up from overworking himself again a too common sight with Nyx as he now laid on the floor out cold burning up with fever as he most likely scared his new friend. -Nyx and maybe Nickolas to Albedo (now he can repay the kindness and have some angst because this is Nyx after all. A little side thing from our main thread)

As the alchemist was adjusting to this new world, he could somehow feel that something was off the closer he approached where Nyx, only to be in shock as he watched the other collapse. He quickly made his way over to where they fell as he checked for injuries before speaking, clearly concerned.

"Nyx? Nyx? Hey, are you alright?"

He asked before removing one of his gloves and placed his hand to Nyx' forehead before moving it away, they were burning up and needed rest.

"You're burning up, I need to cool down your temperature. Hang on."

He replied as he helped Nyx to a nearby bed as he then got out some supplies that he mixed together, one of them having a healing effect as he then placed a damp cloth on Nyx' forehead as he was worried.

He remained alert however as it felt like they weren't fully alone, was there someone else here with them?

**~ High in the Mountains ~**

The icy howl of the wind swirls on the snow peaked mountain of Dragonspine as Albedo was working in his workshop as usual, he was mixing certain elixirs for various effects before looking up upon hearing noises from outside the cave. 

He slowly packs the supplies away before walking towards the entrances and looked down, taking note of a fatui camp just a few feet away from where he was.

were there always so many fatui here? Was something of interest bringing them to this dangerous mountain?

Albedo thought about this in his mind as he didn’t want to disturb any of them as it could lead to his capture but his curiosity was too much to bear so he softly and quietly made his way closer, taking refuge behind a tall pine for cover not to be spotted as he watched them work.

**~ Shadow Among Us ~**

Albedo had a sinking feeling that something ominous was nearby where his workshop was, he was slowly working on his experiments before looking over towards the entrance. Putting his stuff away as he summoned forth his blade before making his way over to the opening and peering out, what was nearby? 

Was it Subject 2 on his way to finish him off? 

Who knew really but best to be on guard, he then stayed absolutely quiet, listening for any signs of movement and sounds.
