Suta-Raito.com was a very popular website for both Neopets and Pokemon, it also had two very active oekaki (a normal one which was beginner artist and child-friendly with stricter rules and an advanced one for more skilled artists with lax rules.)
I was a fan of this site since I was ten years old! I linked to it on my very first website back in 2002. ^^;; I was drawing on the oekaki for as long as it existed, I think... my art was even archived once! It was this wedding-themed artwork of Jessie and James! (Of course, because all I drew back then was Pokemon anime characters and my ships, ffff. The more things change, the more they stay the same...?)
I do remember that since I draw very fast, I often had to leave drawings open for a bit before saving to hit that 20 minute count because I'd finish my lineart (I'd often skip sketching), colouring, and even shading before hitting 20 minutes, PFFT. Although more polished works took longer...
I was Lamees, usernames mer_baby or QuietDragon back then.
