I finished an awesome fanfic yesterday and I want to share my opinion of it with everyone. The first thing I have to say is that I'm fascinated and totally enthralled, and I should have read it much earlier than I did. I should also point out that this incredible and amazing story has too few kudos and in my opinion that's damn unfair because this fic deserves so much more recognition, as does its wonderful author -  @suzy-queued  . 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

Galladrabbles: Temptation (part 7)

Another thanks for @suzy-queued's prompt for @galladrabbles this week.

He’s leaving. Good. This has been the goal ever since the incident. Push Ian away, convince him to fuck off. Terry knows about them now. Nothing good can come of Ian sticking around and trying to break his resolve.   But the army? Jesus Christ, what is Gallagher thinking? That’s not West Point— that’s getting shipped off into a warzone.  He could give in to temptation. Mickey could tug at those heartstrings, convince him to stay.   “Don’t!”  Ian pauses. “Don’t what?”  But he doesn’t answer. Mickey can’t be selfish. Not when Terry still has a bullet with Ian’s name on it.

Galladrabbles: Tempation (part 6)

All thanks goes to @suzy-queued and @galladrabbles for this week's writing prompt. It’s ridiculous. His husband’s ass shouldn’t have this kind of hold on him. But ever since Mickey switched to those tiny white briefs that hug his curves just right, he can’t help himself. The temptation to just smack that ass is too powerful.  “C'mon, shithead. I thought you said you were gonna let me sleep in.”  Ian smirks. “No, I said I wouldn’t make you get outta bed.”  “Oh, yeah?” huffs Mickey. “Well, either drop trou and join me or find another hobby.”  Licking his lips, Ian ditches his clothes and climbs into bed, hooking his thumbs into Mickey’s waistband.

Galladrabbles: Temptation (Part 5)

Ian never used to celebrate his birthday. It always falls too close to Mother’s Day. And he might be fifty and still sorting out how he feels about Monica. But as he awakens to Mickey serenading him with a slightly modified version of “My Girl” by the Temptations and holding up a birthday cupcake, he lets himself enjoy the moment.  His feelings about today maybe messy, but for Mickey, this is the day his favorite person was born. Anything that makes Mickey smile so unguardedly is worth it. He makes a wish and lets Mickey lick frosting from his lips.

“Got anywhere to be, ginger snap?” Ian considers the older man’s offer, the cash in his hand. His thoughts turn to Mickey. “Nothing but a warm mouth.” Those were his words. Is that all he is? Just someone to have a good time with until they decide to run off? How many times has Monica claimed she loves him and the others? But it’s only a ticking clock until she runs again, too. He wants to wait for Mickey to come around, but the DILF is tempting. Is it better being an old man’s kept boy than a hoodrat’s warm mouth?

“You know he never needs to find out, right?” Mickey looks up from his beer at his coworker. “The fuck you talking about?” “That hubby of yours is in a padded cell or whatever all week, right? Don’t you want to get with a guy who isn’t so… damaged?” Mickey feels a hand on his knee under the table. ______________________________ “What happened to your face?” Demands Ian when Mickey appears for visitation with purple swelling around his eye and a long gash along his cheek. Mickey laughs. “You should see the other guy. He’s lucky he didn’t lose a fucking hand.”

Galladrabbles: Temptation (part 2)

“IAN GALLAGHER!” Mickey sings as he rushes into the store, prepared to kick ass. But then he sees him. Red hair, eyes that twinkle like emeralds, pale skin and a constellation of freckles. That’s Ian? The guy he has been crushing on since Little League? He fights the temptation to turn tail and run. He doesn’t know if he could look Ian in the eye, much less pummel him. But… this is for Mandy. In a flicker of an instant, he makes his choice and chases him. “YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG GIRL!” You could have messed with me instead.
