I redesigned the flag of Sweden. The 21 stars stand for our 21 län and the 3 stripes stand for the three regions of Norrland, Svealand and Götaland. We have 290 counties too but I decided not to include those since there are so many.
from /r/vexillology Top comment: Just FYI, the "län" are actually the counties, "kommuner" are called municipalities! The three "landsdelar" are also generally just called lands in English. Interesting idea anyway, I'd like to see a version with the modernised "flat design" crowns, though. (Like the ones on [riksdagen.se](https://riksdagen.se/).) I tend to think they look better than the old style.
