My first time taking the v6 MR2 on track, I had so much fun, I will have to do more of these :)

I alway mull over what im going to do with it long term and then I drive it and im like this kicks ass never mind. I have owned it for like 9 years at this point so im practically married to it.

The v6 is just so great it just pull and pulls and pulls all the way to its 7200 rpm redline. Im happy with the exhaust setup I put on it too, its pretty quiet when you are just bopping around but sings when you want it too. Handling is super flat but a bit heavy. I adjusted the clutch a little and it is feeling better, but still heavy. Im still not too happy with the transmission you always have to take your time with shifts and the gearing is too low for this engine. I wanna see if I can find another e153 trans to rebuild with a higher final drive ratio. There is also a different shift mechanism i wanna try to see if it feels better but its like 300$...

Other adjustments I have to make, one of the power steering hoses is leaking, so I need to replace it. I have the underbody panels i just need to reinstall them (some of the aftermarket replacements need a bit of trimming to fit right). I need to unfortunately bang out part of the wheel wells for clearance (it keeps rubbing the paint off).

Im planning on doing a track day in early april and she is being filmed for regular car reviews in mid april.
