Story time: why shawols actually are the kindest people youβll ever meet π©΅
I attended SWVI in Tokyo Dome, which was not only the first Tokyo Dome concert Iβve been able to attend but also the last event before I move away from Korea, where Iβve been living for the last five years. After the concert, my emotions werenβt just high, they were all the way to the moon. Not only had I just walked out of what is the last live SHINee event I can attend until who knows how long, but I was saying goodbye to a friend from Korea as it would be the last time weβd be able to see each other.
So Iβm standing in a sea of shawols, hugging my friend and sobbing my eyes out. And then I feel someone tap my shoulder and I turn around and there is a jshawol, handing me two streamers from the concert. We didnβt know each other, she didnβt even say anything. She just saw that I was sad and came over to give them to me to cheer me up.
Unfortunately, she might think she did the opposite because as soon as they were in my hands, I doubled over and started wailing. It was quite embarrassing, but I was already so overcome with emotions and that the fact that a stranger would do something so kind for other reason than to cheer up a sad shawol had me nearly inconsolable. Iβd also really, really wanted a streamer to remember the night but didnβt have a seat close enough to get one, so this kind jwol made my dream come true.
I just wanted to share this sweet story because it really shows how much shawols come together when we need to. Iβm so happy I can exist in SHINee World with so many wonderful people π©΅
