It's been a fun, family-and-festival-filled start to 2019. I've just popped the coconut on the plane to Sydney all by her lonesome and ready to get back into teaching yoga again from Monday. This week's classes are: Monday 7am, Tuesday 6pm, Wednesday 9am, Thursday 5:30pm, Friday 8am, Saturday 10am. Reach out if you'd like to join me for any classes this week. Classes will be a mixed bag, depending on who's attending and what I feel like playing around with. Each Sunday's class will be a yin and yoga Nidra and will be utterly delicious. Just a gentle reminder that there are no classes next Monday. This week I have space in the following classes: TONIGHT 5:45-6:45pm (slow flow and meditation) WEDNESDAY 6-7am (level 2) WEDNESDAY 6-7pm (general) WEDNESDAY 7:15-8pm (slow flow) THURSDAY 6-7am (general) Please let me know ASAP if you’d like to come along to any classes. Only a few chances left to use any make up classes you have owing for this term. . After this week there’s only one more week of this term left, and then we’re taking a break until the end of July. . Come and have a beautiful stretch and some mental time out with me this week. - I have a few spare spaces at the studio. Come along as a casual ($15), as an additional class ($12), or as a make up for a missed class ($0). - For the slow flow classes we'll be getting in some nourishing twists. For the general classes we'll be firing up the glutes (yippppeeee) and for the level 2 class we'll be playing around with full wheel pose. - Who's keen? - I also have a few more spaces free for the teen yoga class if anyone has a teen they'd like to introduce to yoga.
