As of tomorrow night at midnight, we’re allowed to yoga it up outside together!! As we transition back to doing yoga with actual real live humans in the flesh again, I’ll be offering the Saturday and Sunday morning 9am classes as outdoor classes from my backyard to nine lucky students. To those subscribed to my classes, I’ll also still be doing the classes as a live recording (and sending the recording through post class). If you’d like to join me in my yard, places are offered to the first nine people who confirm their attendance. I feel like it’s a bit of a love/hate relationship with chaturanga dandasana, but it’s such an important posture to learn in setting the arms up right for a world of arm balances and active inversions.
