Second night with #MyNewToy and I’m testing it out on a very small production #SwankNSmith #2016Viognier out of #PasoRobles. @swanknsmith 2016 #Viognier definitely benefited from 10 minutes in the carafe of the #MySommelier Wine Aerator! The bouquet of aromas exploded in the first few minutes and have only gotten better since I poured it into my glass! Honeysuckle, peaches, and melon layer on your tongue and finish with a light but zippy hint of lemony citrus!
