I will of course add you to the tag list! Each coda is individually written after the episode - it kind of depends on the vibe I get from watching whether there’s angst included or not, but I generally do write Dean and Castiel as an established relationship at this point.
(But let’s be real, there’s always angst with these two.)
When season 12 ends, I think I’m going to collect all of these codas and rework them so that they flow better and everything is consistent, and then post them all to my AO3 account as a series. As it stands, each one should be read independently from the other codas I’ve written, because each one is written assuming a different stage of Dean and Castiel’s relationship depending on the vibe of the current episode. It’s hard to anticipate those kind of things when you get new source material every week, you know?
