In obey me they sometimes reference demons from their other games. An example would be Astaroth from Castle Break. He was mentioned in the popularity poll.
Another example would be Diaval from Angel Or Devil.
[Now Obey me will probably mention some of their other demons from other games at some point, or the ones that they missed from these two games]
Now here is my question: Are these games in the same universe?
For Castle Break it would have to be at another time period. The game takes part in a time with knights and castles. It’s entirely possible, after all magic does exists in both games.
For Angel or Devil though, it’s a bit trickier. In the game it doesn’t really seem like a world filled with magic. Though it is possible that there is magic, after all the human world was never really explained or developed in the game.
Though this would also mean that reapers exist. In AoD reapers collected souls as collections, unlike Demons and Angels whom wants to expand and multiply. They collected the most beautiful of souls and take great care of them, similar to a plant.
In both games the demons are pretty similar to the ones in obey me. Like for example in AoD they often reference demons eating humans and their souls. In CB it’s not uncommon for demons create havoc in the human world, something which has been talked about numerous times in Obey Me. In all games they have demon and human forms, which in all are pretty similar to each other.
What do you guys think? Do you think they are in the same universe, or different ones?
